would you have a chain-smoking skating coach that smokes on the ice (indoor rink) as he talks and coaches. He's learned how to stick his cigarette under the middle of his upper lip so that it's hanging straight down and I guess as he breathes he's inhaling the smoke.
I found it pretty amusing.
