France is now joining a bunch of other EU places which has banned smoking in restaurants. Sure it won't take effect for awhile, but it's nice to know that they're heading in that direction. I know CH is talking about it...so just vote already and do it! (There's a "referendum" practically every month on something, it's weird.) I mean even Milano has no smoking. The Italians for goodness sakes are already doing it!
P.S. Went out for dinner last night and even after leaving my clothes out on the balcony, they still reak of smoke.
