Curious

I enjoy watching the GoogleTalks on youtube.
Something I've noticed as a running theme in the interviews that I've watched that the interviewer is, well, awkward. They're not the most adept at dealing with the interviewee and their answers (all of the interviewees that I've watched are witty and/or can give zany answers). Sometimes they don't know how to react. Sometimes they don't know how to segue.
I think this is because of the high concentration of nerdiness at google.
Yes, I stereotype.
