Giving it a try

So I'm starting new.
I'm thinking that it'd be nice to have a blog, so I head over to blog.com to set one up. I was really happy for the first little while (read: 1.5 days) but then disaster struck. I'm posting, and posting and suddenly the contents of my posts don't show up on the page and I can't seem to edit my posts! (Anyone have any similar experiences?)
Anyway, I'm getting frustrated, so I turn to livejournal.com instead, hoping that it'll treat me a lot nicer. We'll see how that works out.
