It's official! I just got off the phone with the Prix de Lausanne folks whom I've purchased tickets for the semis and finals from. I'm SO excited!
Darn the fact that most of the seats were sold to "Friends of the Prix". So slim pickins. Sigh. Still, I guess I shouldn't complain eh?
I'm also excited that I had a good half hour conversation in French with the Prix people. Discussions not just about seats, but other things too...in French!
My French comes in waves. Some days I just ramble eloquently (well, not really), and on other days, I just can't seem to find the words. I'm still proud of myself.
Dad: I have yet to call "you know who", but I will this weekend, I promise.
