Chocolate trials

Last year, I decided that I would try every type of chocolate bar by the big names here in Switzerland once, just to compare and say that I’ve sampled everything. I've decided to chronicle these trials and pass on my thoughts about the choclate-y yum-yums. This may mean that I will need to go back and re-sample those that I’ve already tasted. It’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it so that the knowledge of various chocolates gets spread out into the whatever sized group that actually reads this blog. Tee hee.
