Oh dear

I think someone is stuck in the elevator in my building. The concierge knows, but says that there's nothing he can do. And he's saying it with a voice of disdain. I don't think concierges are supposed to be speaking that way. I hope he's already called a technician and that the person/people in the elevator knows that someone knows that they're in there.
