I was wondering why there was a barge hanging out in the middle of the harbour, but I think I've figured it out: Festival of Fire. At first I had thought that it had something to do with the Toronto Waterfront Festival, but I was expecting the boats for that event to be more like big pirate ships (aaaaarg!!!).
The first fireworks show is tomorrow night, so I think I'll sit on my balcony and enjoy the show from there!
