Shopaholic Takes Manhattan, by Sophie Kinsella
Book number two of the Shopaholic series...done!
Same sort of premise. Loves to shop. Goes into debt. Love issues. Work issues. Happy ending!
Only main difference is that a bunch of the book takes place in New York as opposed to London, so the brand names that's dropped are all different.
Another quick read, but I think I liked the first book better.
Next up: Book three of the Shopaholic series.
